• UAE Orders: Enjoy complimentary shipping across the United Arab Emirates, with your order delivered directly to your doorstep.
• International Orders: Deliveries to the EU, USA, and other regions are available for a nominal shipping fee, applied at checkout.
• Delivery Times: Standard delivery times may vary depending on location, but every order is handled with the highest priority and care.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your 1001stories shoes. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied:

• UAE Returns: Returns and exchanges are complimentary within the UAE, provided the items are unworn, in original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
• International Returns: Customers outside the UAE may return items within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs will apply and are non-refundable.
